Faciliate Aotearoa together with our Australian ToP Colleagues are offering online training in Group Facilitation Methods. You will learn and apply two classic Technology of Participation methods that strengthen facilitation practice.

You’ll learn to plan and facilitate using two core Technology of Participation (ToP) methods — the Focused Conversation Method and the Consensus Workshop Method — along with the facilitation dynamics that make them effective.
ToP methods are used worldwide across cultures, sectors and contexts. They reliably support high quality thinking, participation and group decision making. They bring clarity, structure and intention to facilitation choices.

How the training works
Attendance is required for all four sessions of 3.5 hours each spread over a two week period.
